Life is fluid

You can and will achieve balance
As much as you want to control some aspects of life, you can't.
Sometimes you try very hard - so hard that your stress level rises.
And that takes away your ability to adapt to the fluidity of life.
Perhaps you don't realize (yet) that the only thing you can control is your response
to whatever is happening to you right now.
And your response is what creates an outcome.
And that outcome is the life you are living right now.
Your life balance is dependent on that outcome.
As is your life satisfaction.
During this 4 week course you will learn the connection between life balance and satisfaction.
You will also discover your own balance and satisfaction ratio.
Most importantly you will learn what you can do to change it, and how.
We will begin by looking at 8 areas of life and assessing satisfaction in each area.
Then dive deep into what areas you want to change, and how you can change them.
Through activities, group conversations and coaching, you
will begin to balance the areas you choose - one step at a time.
Change is a process that needs attention along with steady practice.
