New Moon, New You - Connect with yourself and nature at Chemainus Lake Park

On January 11, 2024 Sunday at Chemainus Lake Park, Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, BC.

Join Dianna Graves and five like-minded women on a serene autumn New Moon walking ceremony, where we'll collectively set intentions to embark on a transformative journey over the next two weeks.

The purpose of intention setting is to manifest your desires and dreams. Immersing in nature's embrace during this ceremony will enable you to connect with your body, providing mental clarity, inspiration, and direction.

Our leisurely walk will take place from 11 to 12 pm, come rain or shine, commencing in the parking lot, circling around the lake, and concluding at the dock.

During this event, participants will acquire a simple yet potent intention-setting process that emphasizes mindfulness, intuition, and the creation of meaningful daily actions.

Setting intentions serves as a valuable tool, especially when you're feeling stuck and uncertain about your future. Think of it as placing a GPS waypoint on the broader map of your life. Every journey becomes smoother and more enjoyable when you have a clear route in mind.

The New Moon, typically appearing mid-month, heralds new beginnings and serves as the perfect opportunity to set intentions and invoke change. Many individuals experience an unexplained yearning for something "new" during this time.

Historically, the monthly moon cycle has symbolized the receptive feminine, mirroring the life-death-rebirth cycle and connecting to the ebb and flow of life energy.

This gathering of like-hearted women during the New Moon is a natural occasion to nurture our feminine spirits and gain clarity on shedding what no longer serves us. It also encourages us to focus on what truly matters. This is particularly vital for women over 40 who are navigating significant life changes and transitions, as well as those seeking to discover their authentic selves and voices.

This is a good opportunity to go within and gain clarity
about the changes you wish to make in your life.

5 spots - please email to be on the waiting list if event is full.
